  • Used incense tools or molds
  • Damaged goods caused by improper use

  • Exchanges: Processed within 7 business days (free reshipping for defective items).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Seals broken on powdered incense containers
  • Personalized/custom incense molds
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)

5. Damaged/Defective Products

  • Photos of damaged item + packaging
  • We’ll ship replacements immediately at no cost.
